Eligible employees receive a wide range of benefits in addition to their salary. Betacom offers a variety of programs to its employees to choose from based on their personal needs.
Medical Insurance
Company offers a choice of PPO’s that offer nationwide coverage. Company pays 100% for the base plan for employee coverage and contributes toward dependent coverage
Dental Insurance
Employees select the dental provider of their choice to obtain services that are reimbursed by the plan. Company pays 50% for employee coverage premiums
Basic Life and AD&D Insurance
$25,000 life and AD&D insurance for each employee. This benefit is provided at no cost to the employees.
Long Term Disability Insurance
Company pays for 50% of the premium.
Short Term Disability
Available for purchase at a discounted group rate.
Vision Insurance
Available for purchase at a discounted group rate.
AFLAC Insurance
Available for purchase
Voluntary Life Insurance
Available for purchase at a discounted group rate.
401(k) Plan
The plan allows employees to make pre-tax 401(k) contributions. Company matches 100% of employee contributions up to 4% of their earnings (including overtime and bonuses). Immediate vesting entitles employees to the full value of company contributions. The plan offers a variety of investment funds and the ability to take a loan.
Vacation
Range from 5 days a year to 15 days a year and are based on years of services.

Employee Assistance Program
Confidential, short-term outpatient counseling services are offered at no cost to help employees and their household members resolve personal problems such as parenting concerns, marriage and family distress, alcohol and drug abuse, emotional stress, and life crises.

Employee Referral Program
Company pays $250 for each referred hire that stays with the company for 90 days.
