Betacom Inc. currently performs services for all major wireless carriers throughout Florida, Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana with expansion plans for 2008 to operate in Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. Shalann Bowe - President - Betacom Inc.
Mrs. Bowe founded Betacom Inc. in 1991 to meet specific operational needs of an emerging wireless industry and carrier Bell South Mobility. Over the past 16 years she has directed the company's evolution from "Start-up" to now support the full "Turn-key" system integration of complete wireless networks and built a company with the infrastructure and resources to meet the network growth and development needs of the Nation's largest wireless carriers. Prior to Betacom Inc., Shalann held roles in management and finance for the tourism and hospitality industry of Florida.

Randy Bowe - CEO Betacom Inc.
Mr. Bowe has worked in the Wireless Telecommunications Industry for over 20 years, which began immediately following his first career with service in the US Military. Randy's technical and operational roles within Northern Telecom's elite System Line-up and Testing operation of the Professional Services Division provided experience that is being applied today in his operations role managing the company's Technical, Civil and Construction Divisions. Prior to Co-Founding Betacom Inc., Randy served in various roles within the Operations Dept. at emerging wireless Carrier Bell South Mobility. Randy has also held technical and operations roles with multi-national systems integrator BMS Communications Services Inc. managing the construction of Fiber Optic and Wireless Networks throughout North America and Outside North America.

Don Patterson- Vice President Market Development, Betacom Inc.
Mr. Patterson's telecom experience of over 25 years covers his first role serving as an Installer of Central Office Infrastructure in the Bell System to the many years working to create the emerging technologies of SONET transport, Hybrid Fiber/Coax, DSL, Fiber-to-the-Home and Ethernet transport. He has held Sr. Management roles in Sales, Customer Service, Professional Services and Marketing at leading telecom companies; Northern Telecom, Telco Systems, ADC Telecommunications, Advance Fiber Communications and Turin Networks.

In 2007 the opportunity to again build Networks for the Nation's Largest Carriers using experience in Professional Services, Sales and Customer Service came together at Betacom Inc. where Mr. Patterson now serves as the Company's Vice-President of Market Development and will direct the company expansion to operate throughout the Southeast and beyond as our customers dictate.

Nathan Hodges - Vice President - Construction Division, Betacom Inc.
Mr. Hodges is the founder and former President of Bay-To-Bay Corp. an International logistics and supply company for the commercial and retail industries. Nathan joined Betacom Inc. in 1999 to manage the company's Civil, Construction and Tower Services Division. The division has accumulated all the assets, professional licenses, and human resources necessary to Self-Perform complete and fully Turn-Key New Site builds Modifications and Maintenance. Currently, the Construction Division operates with the infrastructure to perform over 275 New Site Builds and 2000 Site Modifications annually

Myles O'Reilly - Vice President - Technical and Integration Services, Betacom Inc.
Mr. O'Reilly has over 20 years experience in the Telecommunications Industry. Myles began his career in the U.S. Army installing and maintaining Microwave and Satellite communication systems. Prior to Joining Betacom Inc., Myles worked within the Operations group at emerging wireless carrier Bell South Mobility with more than 15 years serving in capacities as Field Engineer, Operations Manager, Engineering Manager, and Engineering Director. Myles joined Betacom Inc. in 2002 to develop the Technical Resources and Integration Division to perform services needed as the wireless infrastructure evolves and becomes incrementally complex. The division maintains the resources and knowledge base to design integrate and maintain all major OEM systems. Currently, the Technical and Integration Services Division maintains the capabilities and infrastructure to complete the fully Turn-key technical integration of over 4000 sites annually.
